Kaylee took her first big fall on her bike. :( She was riding down the big hill next to our house and she fell. When Alicia ran in the house and said Kaylee was hurt Jared and I quickly hurried out the door to check on her. We didn't know what to expect, because Kaylee is the type of girl who stubs her toe and needs to lay on the couch with an ice pack all day. ha ha
I'm glad we hurried out to her because she was pretty banged up. Poor girl had road rash all up and down both sides of her body. I got Kaylee in the shower and helped her wash out her cuts. She got so worked up that she threw up all over in the shower! Poor girl, she's not a dare devil so she never really gets hurt. This was her biggest "owie" she's ever had. Jared gave her a blessing that she would be comforted and will be able to sleep well that night as her body healed. That was very thoughtful. here's some pictures of Kaylee's crash, it looked a lot worse in real life!
