Joseph City Trip

My dad is working up in Holbrook at a job site right now and my mom is off work for spring break and she's visiting him. So we thought that it would be fun to do a little day trip and drive up there to see them. I've never been to Joseph City where Jared grew up and since it's only 10 miles away from Holbrook we decided to go have Jared give us a tour.

Okay, this picture CRACKS ME UP! We stopped and took pictures in front of the Joseph City city limits signs (you can see them above) and then we got back in the car and started driving and we saw another big billboard saying "The best thing about Joseph City is the people" I started laughing SO hard and told Jared that he HAD to take a picture in front of that picture. It was a great picture because he likes to look grumpy in pictures so it made this photo so funny!!!

There is a monument in Joseph City made out of petrified wood that talks about how the mormon pioneers settled the town and that it's the oldest mormon community in Arizona!

My Aunt and Uncle live there, maybe you can ask Jared if he knows them. Fun day trip!
