First Weekend in Show Low

Our first Saturday here in Show Low we helped Jan and Joyce clean out and organize their garage. We enlisted the help of our nephews, Rylee and Caleb to help rack up the pine needles and mow the lawn. It was a beautiful day so we decided to bring Lacy out and let her crawl around. She loves being outside!

So we were busy cleaning when all of a sudden we heard a CRUNCH! The 82 year old man who lives across the street was backing out of his driveway and smacked right into our truck! He got out, looked and it and then hurred and drove off! The nerve! Besides, how did he think he would get away with it, we were all in the front yard and saw...and he lives right across the street! There's really no running when you're neighbors! So we called the police and had a ticket and once he got home he had a note on his door from the police department telling him that he had to give us his insurance information. He came over to get it, he didn't even apologize. But he was nice enough, maybe he was just embarassed? Anyway..here's a picture of our crunched truck :(
